Goldsmith & Guymon, established in 1996, is the largest female-owned law firm in Nevada.

The law firm of Goldsmith & Guymon, P.C. was established in 1996. The Firm is committed to providing quality legal services, as well as prompt professional attention to its clients. We are also supporters of the community in delivering pro bono services to those who cannot afford proper representation and actively participate in bar related activities, including bar leadership at both the local and state level. The Firm was awarded the honor of Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year twice since 2001 (2001 and 2006) by Clark County Legal Services. In 2003, the Clark County Bar Association recognized the Firm for its community involvement and awarded it the Ambassador Award. In both 2007 and 2008, Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada formerly know as Clark County Legal Services, recognized the Firm for accepting more pro bono cases than any other law firm in Clark County. In 2011 the founders of the firm were named pro bono attorneys of the year.

Hired Law Firm

Although they initially partly got what I was trying to achieve, the other party got it overturned. It was never explained that the judge’s order wasn’t permanent nor did they actually get an order for what I was really trying to do, and it was legitimate. I got a temporary court order for almost $30,000. What a bargain. I absolutely DO NOT recommend them.

Ms Guymon was rude and told me she would not communicate with me by phone due to my limited finances.
A very cold personality, and I was charged over $8,000 before she withdrew from my case. Never appeared in court for $8,000. She was well aware that I had limited funds due to my husband gambling every dollar we had. I was using my one credit card trying to keep up with her escalating fee!

Hired Law Firm

Attorney Dara Goldsmith did not represent my best interests before Judge Elissa Cadish. For over one year, I was told only my emails mattered in a case before the court in which I had been disinherited. At the court proceeding, Ms. Goldsmith had not properly reviewed the emails in question or put them in a time or subject sequence. Judge Cadish requested she do so. Attorney Goldsmith rather than review the emails threatened that I must sign a Entry of Stipulation and Order of disinherit.
