I was very disappointed in the court attorney. He was late, unorganized and I'll be honest I was worried. However, my "office" attorney Seth Ballstedt was wonderful as well as a terrific office staff.
I was very pleased with the in-house attorney & staff... I had never met the court room attorney, he was late to begin with and then didn't even speak to any of his clients prior to the bankruptcy hearing, just made a generalized statement to everyone. I went into that hearing hoping & praying he didn't have to say something in my defense!
They are slow to return phone calls and I usually was not able to speak to an attorney when I would call in with questions. However, they were very informative when I was able to speak with them. They seem to be very knowledgable in their specialty, but their customer service needs to improve.
The lawyers did not show up to a reaffirmation for car loan. The courts decided that my keeping my car was not a good idea. I called the law firm several times. I was hung up on 2 times, placed on eternal hold twice and treated very rudely.
