Ms. Crome was hired to handle a child support case in 2012. The case was virtually uncontested. Ms. Crome was hired to establish support, arrears and reimbursement for confinement. Ms. Crome was well aware of the desired outcome at the time of contracting, before establishing the retainer amount and before going to court. The case required a motion to be drafted, served and filed. Ms. Crome failed to prepare the motion opting to drag out the case and offering to do so for more money.
UNFORTUNATELY, an organization assigned me this probono lawyer to handle my divorce case in 2015. Thanks to this lawyer the ""temporary" assigned child support was less than the judge calculated.. This lawyer was defending the contrary party. Later, when SHE WITHDRAW my case because I defended myself from her and I represented myself in the family court the judge ordered the same child support amount than the child support case judge had said before, but thanks to Chaka Crome it was "temporary" (2 years) settled to almost 300.00 less monthly.
