Brian worked on several real estate cases for us and he did a great job on all of them. He is very knowledgeable about the probate process and knows how to get it done right. Brian was able to get our cases resolved quickly and was always very responsive to all of our questions. I would use him again and recommend that anyone use him.

2 yrs ago, I needed to separate assets to prepare for my husband needing Medicaid assistance, as he was in memory care. Brian presented my case to the judge, arguing that I needed more than just half my assets, as I was younger, and my only support was my husbands social security and whatever my half of the settlement would be. He succeeded in helping me receive a more generous portion of our remaining finances. Which will sustain me for the rest of my life. When my husband passed away recently , he assisted me in filing the death certificate. Brian is a fine attorney!

In early April I was abroad and thought I was coming down with CV19. I had written a holographic will previously but wanted to change the beneficiary. We then used his services again when he helped us set up a trust for our remaining parent so we were better prepared when she died.
