When I came to see Mrs. Lopez I was lost in all sense of the way. Mrs. Lopez was very polite, professional, and showed compassion toward me as I was going thru a very difficult time. She was honest at our first meeting and took the time to educate me on what she was saying in legal terms so I understood what she was saying to me. She was great at taking my calls or getting back to me via phone or email within a day's time. She made my legal matters seem easy I am thankful for that.

Sharon Lopez helped me with an employment issue I was having with my employer. She handled my case with extreme importance. She answered my questions immediately and was very knowledgable. I would without delay use her services again. I wish there were more caring and attentive attorneys like her out there. other attorneys could pick up some real pointers from her. Sharon took a proactive approach to my problem and concerns and lead me step by step through a difficult process. She laid out the steps that needed to be taken to handle my problem and effectively collected the facts and data that was important to the case. She was not knowledgeable enough in the area of civil rights needed and relied on the opposing counsel's knowledge which was incorrect. When I did research on the matter and got the correct information and told her, she wanted nothing more to do with us.

I used her service in March 2023 (her legal fee was $200 per hour) and went back to her for another matter recently. Her legal fee has increased to $400 per hour, which reflects inflation, I guess, but still is ridiculously high. Before retaining her, I asked her a few questions. Since her first response was that there would be no guarantee of success, I wanted to clarify a few things before making any decision. In her subsequent email, however, she sounded very annoyed, and it almost sounded like yelling at me. Well, I'm not her kid. Even if she has other deadlines, I believe she could act more professionally. I gave her a rave after the first service and wrote an excellent review on Avvo as well. It was just "a compliment" out of my generosity although I did not exactly use much of her help to resolve the issue but went up to my employer to negotiate on my own for a settlement. I'm very disappointed at her service this time and do not recommend her to anyone at all.
