Our Mission

We also handle criminal defense and family law cases in York County, Pennsylvania. Additionally, Attorney Michael V. Marinaro will zealously represent individuals charged with Felony criminal matters and white collar crimes in the state of New Jersey.

Communication breakdown from Law offices of Michael Marinaro causing additional fines and Parole Violation
Was lied too. Took 7g and did not do one thing he said. Had his now disbared assc. Pick up my case said 3 years of no dl if take plea 11 years later with no more charges still no lic. My decision to hire this man haunts me to this day. Marinaro abd mckale both crooks I called many times asking for help after the disbaring of his associate. Never even a call back.
My case: contesting a traffic violation. Not only did their attorney miss a court date, but their office simply did not communicate nor pay attention to details. My name was botched on several documents, calendar dates were missed and mis-scheduled. Finally, the case didn't resolve well either. Now, 6 months later, I was notified from the court that my license will be suspended and I've been reported to a collections agency for delinquent payment because they never mailed me documents. Awful.
