Our personal injury lawyers are committed to serving the people of South Central Pennsylvania, and have been for more than 25 years. We limit our practice to injury law in order to best serve our clients. The focus of our practice is on representing people who have suffered catastrophic injuries, such as brain damage, amputations, nerve damage or death, due to someone else's wrongful conduct, whether such conduct arose in the context of medical malpractice or professional malpractice, an unsafe construction site, a defective product, dangerous premises, an auto accident, a tractor-trailer accident, a motorcycle accident ... or any of the countless other ways in which people are injured through no fault of their own.

Ted is an exceptional and compassionate person. I was referred to Ted by my personal lawyer because of his experience in injury law. I hated going through my lawsuit, but Ted made it as easy as possible for me. He was always sensitive to the pain I and my family were going through, and provided comfort throughout the process. I never felt Ted was interested in the amount of the settlement, simply concerned in helping in getting a gentle closure. I will always think of Ted as a friend.

The personal injury dealt with my wife. Historically, I have been an insurance adjuster for 41 years, hence I was know legible of the legal process, but my wife was not. Ted sat down with us answering all questions presented by my wife, and fully explained how the process would work. Ted's talents are knowledge of the law, communication on positives and negatives of our case, thus giving us a proper conclusion based of his review.
