This is a provider law firm through PrePaid Legal, so I never know who I'm going to get or if I will be referred to an outside attorney.
Very quick turnaround on advice and returning my phone calls.
generally they are pretty good. responsive. had one BAD experience. Sometimes don't feel like they know what they are talking about (i.e. small claims court assistance/advice). Were GREAT for traffic court assistance. Helped a whole lot when I had to track a debtor to Florida--though were they Lombino, Martino & Riggio back then.
Very responsive and willing to help; they have specialists in many areas of law. If they don't know right away, they will research and get back to you quickly. They have saved us many hundreds of dollars.
I am a member of PrePaid Legal and this is the only law firm supported by them in this area.
When I first started to get legal advice referrals from Lombino Martino, they seemed right on point. Recently however, I feel like the advice I receive is very murky at best and has not left me with clear answers at all. So I would like to see them up their game again.
I would not recommend due to the lack of, well "helpfulness." If it was beyond the scope of the conversation, they didn't suggest other means for resolution.
