I have worked with Robin for the last four years. My divorce was a nightmare. She directed me through each step and gave me great advice so I could make good decisions. If Robin was not 100% sure of the answer to one of my questions, she immediately finds the answer. Robin not only had to work on the divorce, she also had to obtain a restraining order, arbitration and she will be handling the contempt of court. Robin is a great lawyer.

Robin is a fairly new lawyer who doesn't have the experience needed in difficult custody cases. She also needs to work on how much information to believe from the opposing counsel and their client. She could use some further education on Parental Alienation and how it effects the family and most importantly the child(ren).

Am I spelling the words "INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL" correctly. Nothing else describes my experience with this firm. I retained Hannah Westmont and plopped down $4,500. The word, "Here" as a receipt was thrust in front. Nice manners.. Asked me to sign and notarize a hand scribbled financial statement that had incorrect maths. Charged me for redoing the statement and emails pointing out their mistakes. Still awaiting my retainer refund over three weeks later. Simpy ridiculous

I was appointed personal representative for my late brother who used Ms. Monahan for his divorce. Despite the attorney we hired to handle my brother's estate assuring her that she could talk with me, she refused to do so. She charged my brother over $24,000 for a stipulated divorce with no children and no court appearances. His ex paid her attorney $10,000. She received the house and his $500,000 life insurance policy; he received a little over $30,000!
