Money grabbing thieves. I spent several thousand dollars over the course of a year with them trying to resolve an estate issue, and they then had the audacity to bill me $105 for an email that they sent that I never asked them to send. Completely disgusting business practices. In the end, the 'guidance' that they provided was ultimately wrong and I ended up wasting a year waiting for surrogates court when the account in question had a living beneficiary! It looks like they didn't do their homework. Now I've wasted a year off time, countless headaches, thousands of dollars and all of my patience.
