Alex was very responsive after I originally sent him a message on his website. I filled out the form on his website at 3:30pm on Friday, the day before Christmas Eve. Within a 1/2 hour, he was on the phone with me, discussing what could be done in my situation. I owed on a past debt, that had gone thru the court system, and a garnishment executed on my bank account that day. In under 30 calendar days, (Including 2 major holidays) Alex was able to negotiate a deal with the company holding the debt.
