Keri Marshall withdrew from the NH Bar on January 31, 2022 in connection with the docketed matter alleging serious misconduct. The pleading has been sealed. LD-2021-0010. Brian Kenyon, an attorney at the Marshall Law office has also been harmed by Ms. Marshall’s total disrespect of the law by presenting herself to clients as an NH attorney and billing them as such. Mr. Kenyon was the only licensee attorney at the firm and failed to oversee the behavior of Ms. Marshall who was a paralegal. Both are embroiled with lawsuits for their continued fraud characterized as serious misconduct by the NH Supreme Court and the ADO.
She is the most dishonest person on the planet. Karma finally got her as she has been disbarred and hopefully will not be able to ever work as an attorney ever again. She lies and encourages her clients to lie. She has no morals and is generally the worst person on the planet.
Seems as though Keri Marshall did not retire she was forced to resign for 1/2 payments. Look up discipline attorneys in NH. She is a crook, a liar and a very unhappy individual, she also received the house of a murderer under an auction that was rigged. She is only out for herself, don't kid your self about this woman.
Keri is horrible, she lies she is dishonest, and she is in this only for her status. She has no manners, nor does she have verbal communication skills. She is pushy and does not listen to clients. She is not a kind soul
If you want someone to make up lies for you in court Keri is your gal. Honestly the most dishonest attorney in the state. Quick to lie and and without a stitch of morals. A trust piece of subhuman garbage.
This attorney should be disbarred. She is notoriously unscrupulous and dishonest. She lies to judges, distorts the facts and is considered to be a lying snake among her peers. She drags out a divorce as long as possible to make it as expensive as possible for her clients. She is always late for hearings which costs everyone more money. She will keep the fight going as long as she possibly can, and if children are involved, she will lie to a GAL and think nothing of it.
