Hired Attorney David Darnell

This lawyer can’t forgive someone cause they were miss informed about a document but when he didn’t file documents in the time they should have he ask the court to allow him time to write the papers so he could send them in an he has done this several times on this case

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
