About The Hamp Law Offices, LLC

President and lead counsel for the Law Offices of Shawn B. Hamp, P.C. (An Arizona Professional Corporation), Mr. Hamp has practiced for over 19 years with an emphasis in criminal law. He has handled thousands of criminal cases and has represented hundreds of clients in the criminal justice system.

Mr. Hamp is an experienced trial attorney having been lead counsel in over fifty criminal jury trials. As private defense counsel, a majority of Mr. Hamp's cases resulted in total acquittals at trial. A vast majority of all cases resulted in dismissed counts, acquittals, or convictions on lesser included offenses.

As a former prosecutor, Shawn Hamp handled all types of criminal cases including, DUI/DWI, Drug, and Homicide cases. He brings his experience and dedication to serve those individuals in Northern Arizona accused of committing serious crimes.

I have received a criminal speed ticket in State of Arizona. I was looking for a great local attorney to represent my rights since I live in Florida. Mr. Hamp was absolutely great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He've got my criminal charges dismissed, and I've end up pleading for civil traffic violation. Can't thank him enough for his help! will highly recommend Mr. Hamp for everyone who needs a legal representation in Arizona.

Mr. Hamp was able to get a Super Extreme DUI reduced to a Regular DUI, and he successfully petitioned the court to set aside the judgment and all penalties associated with it. He is a terrific and highly ethical advocate whom I strongly recommend.

Virginia stuck by my side through every step of the long and tedious process as well as Loxie! I never felt like they weren't fighting for me, and they definitely never stopped. I was facing charges under very extenuating circumstances, which made it easy for the prosecution to come after me. However, this law firm stood up for me, and brought my case to a VERY reasonable resolution. (Opposed to the ridiculous charges the state wanted to enforce.) I feel so lucky to have had these people standing behind me through the only legal issue I've ever had, and the hardest time in my young life! I would recommend them to ANYONE who really needs help, guidance, and protection.

My review is for the office of Shawn Hamp. Alexis was very helpful with my situation, not many offices and/or their employees are willing to discuss things without $$ upfront. Not that I had a major problem, but with our current Covid life $$ is tight and I wasn’t in the position to retain services for this problem. Multiple other law offices said they couldn’t/wouldn’t help without being retained. Alexis with HampLaw answered my inquiry same day and continued our communication until I got it resolved. She never asked for anything other than a few documents to help her give me the best answers. Thank you HampLaw and Alexis.

I had a great experience working with Mr. Hamp's law firm. From the initial phone consultation, to the many months we endured this process, every detail was thorough and explained well. I had access to my documents all of the time, and all staff involved communicated with me timely, and even when I reached out just because I had random questions. I knew in the beginning of this DUI process that I had chosen the right law firm. Mr. Springer reviewed every detail and ultimately won my case. They cared, treated me with respect, and are great at what they do. This is the only law firm to consider. I am forever grateful for what they do, and did for me.

I got a citation for Fictitious License plate. I didn't even realize it was on my truck. I tried to pay for the citation but when I called the court house they said this was a "criminal offense" and I must appear in court. I had no idea I was committing a crime. I was scarred. I could actually be charged with a felony and do jail time. I hired Mr Hamp and they took care of everything. They contacted the Prosecutor and they were able to get my citation dismissed and it was vacated from my record. I did not have to go to court. They did everything for me. Great experience!
