Mr. Duskie did not present any information at my trial. He suppressed important evidence. Did not tell the truth when confronted. He told me that he needed a "co-counsel" to "assist with jury selection" and asked me to pay a retainer fee. He works in an office with two other lawyer, but chose an incompetent lawyer with no knowledge of my case,and an "expert" that was not knowledgable in his field.{para}His billing was never itemized when asked for monthly bill itemizations.
