Mr. Pritchard was amazing. he took my case on a very last min basis. I reside in Louisiana and his staff was always very good at keeping me up to date on what was going on with the case. He did what needed to be done to win the case and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good attorney

Mr. Pritchard represented me in my divorce case. Mr. Pritchard & his staff were very professional & helpful I don't know what I would've done without him. I was able to get an excellent settlement because of his help.

I had to constantly call and check on my case, and when I did, no one seemed to know what was going on. My divorce took over a year to be finalized due to what seemed to be the firms lack of interest in helping me.

This law firm is trash. They only want your money. I told them my 3 year old daughter was molested by my 16 year old stepson (ex-wife’s son). They said they could get me custody. A complete lie. They didn’t even bring up the sexual abuse. It was crazy and I’m still upset. Google Andre Shepherd, a registered sex offender in McLennan county. Do not, I repeat, do not hire this law firm!

The absolute worst excuse for professionalism I have ever encountered. An egregious amount of money just to get zero communication, zero urgency, and zero competency--even other firms can't stand how they make constant mistakes and oversights and give you a nonstop runaround. I spent a year and a half BEGGING these people to communicate with me and to do their jobs, to no avail. No accountability, no owning up, just denial and red tape. Go elsewhere.

This place is a joke. If you're looking for a form to throw you money out to with no results, go here. I paid provable with their invoices and my bank statements (redacted because they're scam artists). $2,000 6/28/24 $1609 7/15/24 $500 8/2/2024 $520 8/13/24 They said I only paid two amounts but mixed the two amounts up both times. They had the client sign a form to give permission for another party to be involved and then refused to talk to that party because "billing can't call out." But they sure can take that money quick! And then lose it. They are rude, unprofessional, and will take your money, pretend they didn't and then demand $3,500 more.

Terrible professionalism. You will literally wait weeks for an update on your case. The first time speaking to my lawyer she knew nothing about the case, the conversation was literally spent with her asking me questions about details she should have already been privy to before calling me. The conversation was not productive I was not able to ask or receive answers to my questions due to the lack of information she had. Secondly, the day I was supposed to speak to my attorney the firm informed me same day that I will not be receiving a call from her and rescheduled me to the following week with a new attorney. A simple custody revision has turned into a complete drawn out process due to the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism from the firm. All the while I am still getting charged with little to no communication. Honestly, weight your options before choosing this firm. Highly dissatisfied.

Scam scam scam! Do not use them took 3500 without doing anything. Lots of empty promises from Tim Daniels and NJ Gaunt. Tim even told me I had money left from what I paid and is now saying they can’t confirm that on the same call lol. They are a total joke!!! Good thing I kept detailed documentation and recorded all my conversations with them. Already working with a legal malpractice lawyer who said I have a really great case, my last call with Tim was icing on the cake. Tried to scam me out of more money even though they haven’t done anything for the first 3500, but a transfer that was unnecessary according to NJ Gaunt and my last recorded call. had to let go after 3 years and 10,000. dollars later would not answer questions made promises did not keep gave them evidence but said only good for trial would never go talk to client and so much more tried to get him to take ple deal that was not good and had some sorry dealing with parelegal named dallas and the lawyer was linick.
