Corbin & Associates is a law firm with an office in Killeen, TX. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing divorce, adoption, personal injury & medical malpractice and 7 other areas of law.
Be very wary. This attorney (Dan Corbin) needs to be investigated by the bar. Obviously, he didn't learn anything in professional responsibility. He blatantly refused to follow the client's requests, and blatantly went against her requests, filing documents and motions she explicitly forbid him to. Then after she told him she didn't want him to do anymore, he continued to file motions and do things that she told him not to. Then he billed her and left her to clean up his mes.

I gave them a 1 because nothing lower was possible. Overpriced, incompetent and in general useless. The staff is pleasant enough but many are young and inexperienced and I bet that is to save on salaries. That is the only and only positive thing I can say. They will draw a case out as long as they can, billing you all the while. The senior partner is more concerned withe his political activities and his retirement that attending to the firm's business.
Dishonest and unprofessional law firm and individual Jay Berry Stapler that takes your money and does not provide the service as promised. He also was more interested with my personal facebook account than my legal matters. This firm never called me back i had to go in and make an appointment to ever speak to anyone about my case for a nominal fee of course. He likes to cuss out his paying clients and call them names when they call him on his facebook usage/clients case file ratio.
