Very professional and still willing to help two years after their services were performed.
The only negative I have is about my car accident. I didn't think they did enough on my behalf to get the most of my settlement.
The settlement took much longer than I excepted. The amount first quoted was less than actual check amount, a good thing. My main complaint about this firm is the lack of customer service when calling. The receptionist is very rude and unhelpful.
They are not always good about calling clients back or sending a response to them.
they handled my case in an efficient manner. they were very good at sticking to the proposed timeline
it's been over 2 years since I 1st filed a claim against the individual that hit me while I was in a cross walk -- the firm is doing nothing to move the claim along --instead they are letting the defense call the shots
Have a nipsco bill that should of been taken care of through bankruptcy, thia is the 4th house i can not rent because nipsco is not aware of my bankruptcy being finalized 2 years ago.
