Allison Seiler took the initiative in guiding us through a co-conservatorship/co-guardianship case, letting us know what information we needed to gather, and letting us know what step to take next. We faced a daunting ag construction lawsuit that involved many other out of state parties. We felt comfortable with Dan from the get-go. He understood our situation and perspective. He also offered the perspective of the other parties to make us aware of what we were up against. It took a long time (mostly related to Covid) but in the end, the case was decided in our favor. We relied on Dan to represent us in a fair manner. He did that and more. You will be glad that you chose Dan to represent you in your ag related legal issues.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
