About Brian C. Freeman

Brian C. Freeman has practiced law for over 30 years including serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Samuel C. Scott of the Hudson County Superior Court and as a Deputy Attorney General for the state of New Jersey. He is admitted to the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and District of Columbia Bars (Inactive) and is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court. Attorney Freeman is a past president of the Garden State Bar Association and is a trustee for the Hudson County Bar Association, where he also is a member of the Family Law section. In addition Mr. Freeman is a life member of the National Bar Association, American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and the American Association for the Justice.

Mr. Freeman is also a qualified civil mediator pursuant to New Jersey court rule 1:40 and a qualified family law mediator and serves as a panelist on the Early Settlement Panel Matrimonial Program for the Hudson County Superior Court Family Division.

Mr. Freeman is the lead attorney for the Law Firm Freeman, Hughes, Freeman, LLC. My representation by Mr. Freeman also included the contact and resources of other attorneys and members of his legal staff. All were extremely informative and diligent in the legal services they provided me. I would recommend Mr. Freeman for any family matter.

Very personable and sharp lawyer who really took care of business for me. I was in a really bad place with my wife cheating on me and keeping me away from my kids. On top of that this witch was getting child support and spousal support cause she didn't want to work. Brian kept my spirits high and told me that everything would turn out right. Well he did not let me down, I am finally out of a bad marriage, got joint custody of my kids, they stay with me 3 nights a week and no more spousal support

My company does a mail order business in New Jersey and we have engaged the services of Mr. Freeman for the collection of non-paying accounts. He has done a great job in recovering monies on delinquent accounts and we are now entering our third year working with him. I recommend his services based upon what he has done for my business.

Mr Freeman is a cool, collected lawyer. He listens to client problems and guides the client accordingly. Regarding those cases he has handled for me and friends, we each get the satisfaction of justice and the end of the case.

I choose Brian to represent me in a divorce that my wife filed in NJ. I found him online after going on the web and looking for divorce attorneys in NJ. I found Brian's office and Brian himself to be very professional. I was very befuddled about how the divorce process was in NJ and I was really concerned about being represented by an attorney in another state. Well the case was resolved without me being stressed out. I attribute much of that to being in kept in the loop about everything

Very expensive but great service! Always returned my calls and emails either the same day or the next day and I always knew what was going on in my case. My friends didn't seem like they had the same results or contact with their lawyer like I had with Freeman. he does charge a lot of money but my case went well and he did a good job for me.
