Forget about these guys & move on. They don't return calls & get rude and tell you thst you ain't their only client. He will meet so you sign form n thats all until it settles w/o addressing last min concerns or getting auth for more treatment needed
I WAS INJURED AT STONE PLACE IN COLUMBUS MKT NJ SLICING MY THUMB SEVERELY WAS A PRODUCT LIABILITY CASE STONES WERE TO BE COVERED AND WERENT AT THE FLOWER PLACE I CONTACTED MARC I HAD HAND THERAPY AT LOWER BUCKS HOSPITAL FEW MONTHS COULDNT USE MY HAND OR WORK TIME WENT BY STONE PLACE FILED BANKRUPTCY I WAS AWARDED AT COURT $30000 DOLLARS I NEVER RECEIVED IT CAUSE HE TOOK TOO LONG WE PRESENTED THE JUDGEMENT SAID IT WAS TOO LONG AT THE MANUFACTURING PLACE SAID THEY WOULD OF PAID IF IT WAS IN THE BEGINNING EARLY ENOUGH STONE COMPANY WAS EAGER TO PAY IT SO I LOST OUT ON $30,000 I STILL HAVE THE JUDGEMEN MEANS NOTHING FROM 1996
This was the worst experience ever. Lack of communication, couldn't get a call back. Then a letter nine months after I hired them dropping me, from someone with whom I have never spoken to. No explanation. I never talked a attorney. The para legal whining about the insurance company not getting back to her. She says "maybe I'll give them a call". I should have researched them. Should have read the reviews.
I would not recommend this is the Worse Lawyer not only he does not return your calls but most importantly he keeps you in the dark it’s been 6 years no info on the case fired him got a new lawyer he Refused to give my case info to him only to found out 6 years later I lost the case ps how do you loss a case when you get hit from the back at a red light how did this case took so long only to loss it that should tell you a lot about his work.
