Jon did an excellent job defending my case. He's very easy to talk to over the phone and explained everything going on (and what will go on) during the entire process that he answered all my questions before I even asked them. While I certainly hope to never use his services again, I would be happy if he was the one on my side if I have to go through it again in the future.
