Later on in the settlements, he handled a small effort and i asked if he knew about anything regarding another large and very troublesome account. He didnt blink an eye and asked for details. Within days he had some information and was able to resolve with minimum payment and almost 15 months reduction in the overall process. Thanks for being there, Jon.
