Our firm provides help to clients who find themselves in trouble with law and small business owners to make smart decisions.

Our firm serves Duval, Nassau, and Clay counties, Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach. Kate Mesic is an experienced trial attorney who brings aggressive and zealous representation to individuals and businesses in Northeast Florida.

We handle a variety of criminal defense cases, including DUI, Petty Theft, or Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, and other misdemeanor criminal offenses. If you are looking for a criminal defense lawyer who will handle you case from start to finish, call our office at (904) 619-2510. When the criminal case is resolved, we assist our clients with Sealing or Expunging of their criminal records, if they qualify.

Our traffic attorney also handles Traffic Tickets of all kinds. We can help restore your driver's license and deal with any suspensions that you may have. Our traffic attorney will handle any of your traffic citation, including speeding tickets, careless driving, or illegal u-turns, and many others.

Mrs. Mesic was very responsive to my situation and understood my predicament very quickly. She worked with council on my behalf and was able to come to a resolution that involved having charges dropped. This was the best possible outcome. I called Kate Mesic after I had a violation of probation after a DUI. I was really scared and Mrs Mesic put my mind at ease. She was very, very knowledgeable about my case and really went over and above to help me, my case took longer then we expected it to close but Mrs Mesic worked hard and got me a better then expected ending result. I pray I never need a lawyer again but if I or anyone else I know does she would’ve the first one I call

I was charged with battery over Memorial Day weeked and was very afraid. I contacted her on a holiday and she was very responsive. She answered my questions thoroughly and reassured me. She calmed my nerves and helped me through the legal processs. Her staff was also polite and very professional. I can’t recommend her enough. She was able to help me through this difficult process and provided me excellent legal advice. She was always very responsive.

Excellent Defense Attorney, I was not in state to take care of a traffic issue, Kate handled it in my absence. The communication with her was excellent, When I had questions, she found answers.
