Our firm provides help to clients who find themselves in trouble with law and small business owners to make smart decisions.

Our firm serves Duval, Nassau, and Clay counties, Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach. Kate Mesic is an experienced trial attorney who brings aggressive and zealous representation to individuals and businesses in Northeast Florida.

We handle a variety of criminal defense cases, including DUI, Petty Theft, or Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, and other misdemeanor criminal offenses. If you are looking for a criminal defense lawyer who will handle you case from start to finish, call our office at (904) 619-2510. When the criminal case is resolved, we assist our clients with Sealing or Expunging of their criminal records, if they qualify.

I've never been in trouble before so I was terrified. My 1st call was to a large firm and they gave me a quote which made me gasp! I said"Ill let you know" I hung up,my next call was Kate Mesic. After speaking with her my gutt told me "she's the one" and I'm happy I went with her. She was reasonable with rates and very flexible with payments. Easy to talk to and confident.
