Hired Attorney Mr. Barry Newman

On August 31, 2009 two cars collided and the consequence of their reckless and careless driving put me (a pedestrian) in the ICU with multiple injuries including a traumatic brain injury. During my own personal healing process the legal process challenged me. Barry Newman was a very calming and empowering presence as I went through the latter that involved very personal aspects of my life. The settlement of this case was successful because of Barry and his legal acumen, compassion, and respect

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
