Mr. Roberts withheld information from me, including two depositions which were described to me as negative, but they were actually positive. He was very dishonest. Do not use this firm!

The lawsuit was never filed, even though I received live altering injuries. I lost EVERYTHING that I owned and a job because he did not do his job. Two of my co-workers' from two separate jobs used this lawyer prior to me, and told me similar horror stories and were treated the same way.
After being assured the firm could help in my debt collection case, I sent them money to file the case and for a private process server who would get the job done right. Their process server never completed the job and I had a hard time getting a response from the firm. I feel once the money was sent to them, they did not do anything to assure the person was actually served and brought to court. After well over a year, I was told I should be mad at the debtor, not them. Extremely poor service.
