Liberty Law, PLLC is a law firm with an office in Jacksonville, FL. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing criminal law, dui/dwi, drug crimes and 30 other areas of law.
Well I am only allowed 1000 characters, so straight to the point this time. Liberty Law is unprofessional, irresponsible with the case and the evidence provided to them. Court documents were always filled out completely wrong, I would be given an hour to review documents before the Had to file and the paperwork was a mess with misinformation and facts that they did not mention. I filed the initial court paperwork and Tom & Donna still pushed my initial complaint's court date back 8 months, puting my children in danger with their father living with prostitutes and drug dealers. Expect to do all of the investigating and collecting all court documents for them, expect them to claim never to have received it and have to collect it all over and over. Expect your case not to go in front of the judge for years and when my case did finally go in front of the judge, Tom decided w/o speaking to me, that he was dropping the case. I had to fire them just to get my case in front of the judge.
I reached out to this attorney regarding your child custody issue he sent me an email and I responded to him with a phone call, but I was only able to speak with him briefly as he advised me that he had a meeting, but he advised me to follow back up with him at a later time. Once I followed up with him, he was very rude and condescending. He yelled at me saying I should’ve hired him when I first spoke with him. His tone was very unprofessional and very rude. This attorney lacks professionalism and care for any potential clients. I would never recommend him.
First time we met Tom Corollas told us everything we wanted to hear but started screaming and yelling at my daughter immediately. Fired him because they take payments we went with another lawyer in the same law firm did not know that he owned it. When we talked to the new lawyer he Tom Corollas is in the office and the new lawyer Danny Vega puts the phone on speaker and he screams and yells at my daughter after she's been through PTSD from being beaten up by her boyfriend while she was pregnant and now he's trying to get the baby. We raise the baby for 3 years all of a sudden secretly behind our backs Tom took over the case we ended up having to pay all of my daughter's ex-boyfriends legal fees plus he got temporary custody of her I started calling the military since he was in the Marines and then I got screamed at because we were calling the military but they were the only ones doing anything then the next thing we know he's filing for complete custody they did nothing they never let
Never again Tom is the worst lawyer. He worked so hard for my ex wife until she felt sorry for me. He literally gave my case away to my ex wife. He was lusting over opposing counsel. He made me pay for ex portion of the mediation total 900. If you ever looking for a divorce attorney and you see Tom name you better run. He needs to be a janitor at 7 eleven cleaning shitters. This my second review. Every time I think about Tom or see somebody name Tom I'm written another review. I dont even eat Toms potatoes chips anymore cause of him.
Went in to get info on custody and Mr. Gurrola was very rude got frustrated with me and I wasn't even talking went to ask a question and he just cut me off. No professionalism nothing just cold. Would not recommend.
This attorney is horrible. The only time he returned my calls, after taking my money, was to scream at me for demanding he call me back!
Does not represent client well in court forget many important issues and was verbally abusive to his client time and time again.
