A brief story -- I saw their ads on television and thought they could assist me with a personal injury claim .They referred me to another attorney, apparently because my case wouldn't generate enough money for them (just my assumption). Today I received a letter saying they could not help me -- 6 months later and they weren't even involved in my case !!! The ads seem bogus and I'm not one to normally complain,but why would they write me 6 months later ... To say they couldn't assist with my case. ??? Harrell and Harrell,I'm a fair person but this doesn't make sense to me. Charles

Cynthia Denker is very nasty, rude and arrogant! Don't fall for the lies on the commercials. Harrell & Harrell doesn't really care about you - they only care about how much money they will make from your case. Once she realized that she couldn't make much from my husband's case, she treated him really nasty. I understand that she has to get paid, but there's never a good reason to be rude and nasty. She may come to my job and need assistance one day and I will remember just how nasty she was.

well, Richard is quite the salesman on your first visit. After that communication with a paralegal , not an attorney is nearly non-existent. Think you will have help with insurance companies, questions, car issues after you have no car and the opposing insurance ignores you, think again, they will say we don't do that. All they want to do is settle, and for all the years they have been around they won't even give you a realistic figure on what to expect. Nothing, they are abou their 33.3 percent

Very disappointed in the way my case was handled. I feel as if I was talked into settling by David Black & the mediator. Most of my settlement went towards attorney fees. I can't afford on-going treatment for my injury.
