Hired Attorney Tiffany Love

My experience with this attorney was deeply disappointing. Communication was minimal, and I often felt like I was left completely in the dark. Attempts to get updates or assistance were mostly ignored, and I struggled to get even the most basic follow-up. It seemed like my case was not a priority at all. I found her to be unresponsive, unhelpful, and lacking the professionalism I expected. It was extremely frustrating to feel abandoned during a legal matter. I genuinely hope someone looks into her practices and billing, as the lack of support was unacceptable.

Hired Attorney Tiffany Love

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Ms. Love. From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. Messages and inquiries often went unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. I felt completely unsupported throughout my case, as if I was handling it alone despite having hired legal representation. There was little to no transparency, and I struggled to get clear answers about next steps or even basic updates. I expected a level of professionalism and guidance that simply wasn’t there. I felt dismissed, unheard, and ultimately let down during a very stressful and time-sensitive situation. If you’re looking for an attorney who will be responsive, present, and committed to your case, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I would not recommend this attorney based on my experience.

Hired Attorney Tiffany Love

Unfortunately horrible experience with minimum follow up and assistance maybe provide provided to assist and help with my case maybe she is too busy to assist. She has been Unresponsive, nor trustworthy, and not professional to assist in matter. Hope the firm gets investigated for unlawful representation fees.

Hired Law Firm

Do not use this firm!!!!! I was recommend to use Trent Cotney after my prior lawyer became ill. He passed the majority of the file to Virgil Tray Batcher and the firm excessively billed me to the tune of $56,000 in 8 months. As far as I know, there were no depositions or trials or major hearings in that time. $56,000 for what?! Tray then billed me approx 20 hours to re-do all of the claims by my prior lawyer and then never even filed the new claims in the case. I brought in another attorney to review their billing and their immediate response was to withdraw, in which they did even though I contested it. Then, on top of that, they tried to bill me for the time they incurred to withdraw! This firm is awful and didn’t care about me. I would not expect them to care about you either.
