My encounter with Tax Smith for tax assistance was nothing short of disappointing. From start to finish, their performance fell far below expectations, leaving me dissatisfied and disheartened. To begin with, their pace of work was exasperatingly slow. Simple inquiries and updates took an eternity to be addressed, leaving me in a perpetual state of uncertainty regarding my tax matters. It felt as though I was constantly chasing after them for progress updates, with little to no response forthcoming. Moreover, the support and guidance provided by Tax Smith were sorely lacking in both depth and effectiveness. Their advice felt generic and lacked the insight and expertise I had anticipated from a reputable firm. It seemed as though they were simply going through the motions, rather than offering tailored solutions to address my specific tax concerns. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
