Hired Attorney Charles Barnett III

I may be a bit prejudiced because Charles H. Barnett (Charlie) and I went to school through high school together. I did find that Charlie did impeccable work and I would recommend he and his firm to anyone needing a legal representative.

Mr. Taylor is very knowledgeable in this field. He was calm and reassuring, where I was anxious, nervous, and impatient. He told me what was to be expected and what was going to happen. He made it possible to make contact with all parties involved with my case and find out any information that would help Mr with my case. Hired Attorney Daniel J. Taylor

I used Daniel Taylor back in 2022 and it was a disaster, he never communicated with me about my case and went along with everything that the prosecuting attorney said, I was charged with dui of alcohol and when my blood test came back negative, he almost seemed mad because it wasn’t positive.. so he should’ve walked away with a win and I should’ve went home but instead he let them send the test back off and when I came back they said my prescription levels were high!! So I had to pay the fine and spend 10 more days In jail!! Long story short if you wanna go to jail hire Daniel Taylor!! Oh yeah yeah it also took 11 months before blood test came back and had me drive there 6 times and I live 2 hours away..

Your car hit a bridge & wrecked. You agreed to the blood test. You tested no alcohol but positive for 4 narcotic drugs, 2 at high levels. Instead of a DUI 3rd, 120 days, you got DUI 1st at 10 days. 5 other charges were dismissed. We talked 11 times.

Hired Attorney J. Alan Rheney

Mr. Rheney was the attorney for my land sale title company. He overlooked the survey of the new plat and went around the easy way to devided the land by simple record the title. this irresponsible method resulted in me receiving all of the property tax bills and he received none. For over a year, I tried to contact him, he NEVER responded back. Eventually, the title company tried to contact him for over 6 months and he finally realiezed his errors. He offered to reimburse me for the property tax, however, check never came. Tried to call and his office does the runarounds, Insisting that if I leave a voice mail to him, I will nerver get a call back, because he is always super busy and has no time to respond any voice mails. Ha! His secretary is never in the office and her voice mail for him was nver answered either. I do not know how they operate a responsive team. Buyers be aware.
