The representative that assisted us made us look like idiots in the court room it was not Ms. Karnes but an associate that works with her.
They do not charge a set fee for services. They charge "by the hour" plus additional charge for accepting or initiating a telephone call; plus fee for each page copied; a fee for each letter sent or received; for each appointment they schedule with you at a minimum of 1 hour; they assume the stance of a prosecutor at each appointment. I signed a contract for maximum of $2,000; paid all. They refused to represent me longer; billed $1,200 more & requested $15,000 or deed to home to continue.
