Last summer I was involved in the most serious car accident I have ever experienced and had fractured my pelvis and tailbone, so was unable to walk for several weeks. I have never had to file an injury claim with my insurance carrier before, so had no idea how the process worked or what to expect. Baskin did an excellent job of explaining things to us, researching and gathering all the facts and was always available to answer any questions whether by phone, email, or text. Our very first meeting with him was on a Saturday and he went right to work on my case the following Monday. I really appreciate the personal attention he gave to me and my case. I felt he went above and beyond to not only get me a great settlement, but also in helping me find a physical therapist that could work with me in my home once I had to return to work as I was unable to complete all the therapy I needed before going back to work. It was such a relief to have him to fight for me and get me what I needed!

I was hit while on my bike and ended up needing some physical therapy for my hip (as well as repairing the bicycle, glasses, etc). Baskin took care of dealing with all the insurance, as well as negotiating any medical bills. Quick, professional, and easy to reach!
