If I could give Marilyn more than 5 stars I would simply because of the fact that she goes out of her way to deliver exceptional service. There are not many lawyers out there that possess the knowledge and skills of her caliber. I feel like every immigrant who is going through a tough case or process absolutely NEEDS a lawyer like Marilyn in his or her arsenal. To give you some context, my case was REALLY tough and she basically did the impossible. The approval of my green card is definitely a milestone in my life and this wouldn't have been possible without Marilyn. Marilyn Orbach-Rosenberg is the best of the best of immigration attorneys. She knows immigration law so well and is so passionate about actually helping her clients. She guided us through every step in the difficult process. Almost 3 years ago, my fiancé was in the middle of a horrible divorce with his ex-wife who had sponsored him to come to the US. He was living in constant fear due to the manipulation of his ex-wife, his visa had expired a very long time ago, and she constantly called USCIS and the police to have him deported. Saving the details, the situation was a complete disastrous mess. We had little hope and a lot of fear about fixing his situation.
