I wish I could give them negative stars!!! Extremely horrible and unprofessional bunch of people. We paid them from our immigration case and for 1 month no one contacted us even for our documents!!! when we reached out to them....no one had any clue about the case. Upon requesting a refund, there was no response for months and finally they came back saying they will only give us back less than 50%. funny thing is when asked why they were deducting 5-60% the and proof of any work they did...all the office manager could tell us was 1 paralegal made 1 phone call to find out what the procedure was with NVC (I dont belive they did that either). so 1 paralegal phone call cost me about $1800. I thought you pay lawyers because you think they know the procedures of law!!! I am filing a complain with BBB, NY BAR and consumer protection court.

These people are disgusting. Before they do any work they harass their clients with phone calls to pay up, even if a deposit has already been made. The staff is very uncivil, disrespectful, and openly gossip about people, clearly not experts at customer service. They talk over you and in a condescending manner. They're disorganized, bureaucratic, and their service is subpar. Mr. Gehi, himself, is very unprofessional and not very courteous; he appears to have a temper problem. It's a family practice, they get sentimental about criticism...and really, what can you expect from brown people? Most of the work that I paid for, I had to do myself, so you're literally paying just to use their licenses. Otherwise, they're completely incompetent and useless. Don't trust these people. They'll work on an impossible case just to make money.
