Serge Tomassian and his legal team has help my neighbors and myself with Litigation and mediations with the City of San Clemente and Shorecliff Golf Course. Serge Tomassian and his firm have represented me for several years and I have found that he and the other lawyers in the firm to be ethical, hard working, knowledgeable and result orientated... I have used Mr Tomassian for Real Estate, Business Contract and Personal Injury matters in both Orange County and the Inland Empire. I have been very happy with the results that he was able to get and how fair the firm's fees were for their services compared to other firms that I had previously used.

Im writing this review as a warning to anyone thinking of hiring Serge Tomassian. I retained Serge’s firm to help me with a roof leak on our new home. I learned the hard way that he was the wrong attorney to work with and I paid a big price for the lesson. So now, here’s a list of things I learned while working with Serge. 1) Ask Serge how much he’s already billed you, before you even retain him. I know, seems like a silly question, but just ask. Subject: Concerns Regarding Recent Interaction with Office Manager I am writing to express my concern regarding an interaction I had with your office manager on [date of the call]. I contacted the firm seeking assistance with creating trusts and other estate documents for my home purchase. Unfortunately, the conversation did not go as expected, and I left the exchange feeling disrespected and frustrated. When I asked the office manager for the firm’s email address, as I was unable to access the website at that time, her response was dismissive and unhelpful. I politely insisted that she spell it out for me, but instead of assisting, she became increasingly hostile, raising her voice and speaking to me in a manner that I found inappropriate and unprofessional. I tried to remain calm and explain that the situation was being blown out of proportion, but the conversation continued to escalate. I find this behavior concerning, not to mention potential loss of 25 k or more the firm, Thanks
