Mr. Guisti refuses to pay his debts and refuses to communicate or respond to any attempt to collect payment for work performed. When confronted he says he cannot pay "right now" and after posting a negative review for him almost a year after performing the work for him, he stayes now he feels that because of that he no longer iwes me the money. He is the very definition of a deadbeat!
