--Legal Services--
We represent clients in connection with preparation and administration of wills and trusts. We also represent small businesses and professional practices in connection with ongoing start-up, sale, acquisition, contracts, succession planning and other legal matters. We are happy to recommend attorneys in areas where we do not practice.
--Philosophy--
We offer clients careful advice to help prevent legal issues before they arise. When issues arise, we strive for the most practical and cost-effective solution. --Standards of Practice-- Services are performed quickly and skillfully. If we are not skilled in a particular area, we will recommend either another lawyer or associate with counsel who has such expertise. In any case, the goal is to see that clients receive quality legal services. Clients are kept informed at all times. Telephone calls are returned as promptly as possible. Of course, information received in our representation of clients is held in confidence.
--Fees and Costs--
We strive to provide quality services for a reasonable fee. The fees are based on the amount of time spent, the complexity and skill required and similar factors. There is typically no obligation for our first conference. We discuss fees during our first meeting.

--Location--
Our primary offices are located in the Williamsburg Village office complex in Inverness, one block west of Harper College and the intersection of Euclid and Roselle. As you head west from Euclid and Roselle, we are in the last building on your left hand side prior to reaching the main driveway to Rosewood Care Center.
