I met with Dennis McCrossen on August 9, 2023, 13 days after my father passed away. We discussed the steps for opening up an Estate as this was my first experience with a parent death. He stated he was going on vacation for a couple weeks but would get back to me soon after. I hadn't heard from him for almost two months and decided to email to make sure everything was going as it should. He called and said he was sending over the paperwork for me to sign to open up the Estate. The paperwork was dated August, this was October now. I decided to move on and find another attorney. Dennis required payment in full before I picked up my father's will so it was paid in full at the time I ended services with him. I have since received three invoices stating the account is not paid. On December 15 I called and spoke with a woman who said she didn't properly apply the money but said it was paid. The next invoice I received was for $10. I have called twice now and no resolution.
