I was in search for a expert lawyer in the field of EEOC cases. I previously hired an attorney that was not doing what I asked. After a search for the "expert" lawyer, I found Stephanie Jane Hahn as a highly recommended Lawyer in the field of EEOC Claims. All though she does charge a consultation fee, I was happy to pay it for the best. I highly recommend Attorney Stephanie Jane Hahn. Since employment law is her specialty, she will give you a straight forward and honest appraisal of what the law says in your situation. She will thoroughly explain her fee structure, which I found to be fair to both of us, the law, and will give you a very good idea of what to expect. She is strong during negotiations and puts the client’s interest first even if she is up against big institutions. I can NEVER thank her enough.

I hired Stephanie Jane Hahn for discrimination and retaliation. I made the right choice hiring her as my attorney. She is knowledgeable, straight forward, understanding and most of all one of the toughest women I've had the pleasure working with. I was kept informed on my case and was reassured when I needed it. So impressed by Ms. Hahn and her knowledge of the law. She listened to my concerns and helped me craft a plan to address them that more than adequately compensated me without having to file a lawsuit. She responded my questions and concerns quickly. She came to the office to meet with me while she was taking vacation time. I lost my case, we both felt the decision was incorrect, but instead of encouraging me to appeal, Stephanie explained that I was at a point where my costs to continue would far outweigh any reimbursement I may ever receive. I really wanted to go forward but I couldn't afford it and was happy that she was honest with me. She was thorough, knowledgable. Recommended to friends
