Redman Ludwig is a law firm established in 2001 with an office in Indianapolis, IN. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing bankruptcy, collections, debtor and creditor and 25 other areas of law.
The attorney that we worked with (Weston Overturf) was helpful. Although, it wasn't something we wanted to have to do, they were very helpful and friendly.
We met with Mr. Redman on the first initial visit.

Not a lot of communication. Seems like the bankruptcy has been dragging on and on and on and on and I'm not understanding what is going on. If has yet to be confirmed.
I did not choose to use this attorney after receiving written materials. There were major differences between what was verbalized over the phone and what was in the fee schedule as well of types of services that would be provided.
I know he's very busy but it takes almost a week to get an answer.
All they care about is getting money from you. I made it clear with everyone I spoke to in that office that I was only going to file if I could keep my car. I was notified on December 21st that the paperwork was never filed with the courts. I sent Brandy an email on December 21 and got no response from her about this situation until January 4th which is 2 weeks. She is trying to say she was on vacation but if you going to be on vacation for that long you should have your emails forwarded to someone else in the office that can handle situation right away. Also Brandy thinks it is ok to take personal documents home with her. At no point did I give permission for my personal documents to be at her house.
