I used the Hankey Law office to assist in filing for Social Security Disability. I appreciate the expert advice and assistance provided by the team. My Disability case was approved the first time so no appeal was needed but I felt confident knowing I had the team on my side if an appeal was needed. I would recommend Hankey Law.

I have experienced helpfulness and professionalism from Carolyn and she has been my Godsend since this whole process for Disability began. I hope that she is compensated for all of her hard work and tenacity while working on my case. She is responsive, dedicated, available and professional. She knows the answers to any question I have asked and if she didn’t know the answer she always replied to me in a timely manner. I would recommend Hankey.

I first met with a lawyer to see if they would even take my case. She was a bit of a "Bad itch" don't remember her name. Not sure if it was because they deal with a lot of people or what? Once I got my case assigned to a lawyer and a paralegal, things went great! Very good communication, took the time to look at all my tons of paperwork! Could not have asked for a better law firm to handle my case. I didn't think they were doing much. Till closer to my court date and they had EVERYTHING!

I am grateful for the assistance of this firm. I thought I'd be more involved with how the process worked. All my communications with my case manager was very good. A little disappointed in my settlement. Still, I would recommend them.

You probably need a lawyer that handles Social Security Disability claims to be approved in a timely manner. Hankey is no worse or no better. After my initial interview with an attorney at the firm, I never saw that attorney again. All contact was through an assistant at the firm. There was very little communication from the firm that I did not instigate. They were helpful in filling out the forms and what they did behind the scenes I do not know as they did not keep me informed.

They won my disability case, then the records they submitted were declared false and untrue, so I called and requested my files and explained what happened. Well they outright refused knowing i was being ordered to lie and they knew I needed the very records they submitted to prove my case. They will even accept bribes from St. Francis to keep my files suppressed.

Very little communication with mostly me calling them asking for clarification of what disability officer said just to get exact words tossed at me I'm not a lawyer that's why I hired you. I did all the work with really no guidance . Since there was no guidance given in regards to ssi and income requirements we went through additional months thinking we were ok just to find out I made to much money for my husband to qualify financially. If I had income guidance and someone actually assisting and informing we wouldn't have lost all those months , time, and MY hard work . But if we had qualified it would have been my hard work not theirs. But they would be jolly on the spot to take our money for it

They never update their info.My husband called to update them EVERY TIME he saw a dr so they would have all medical records ready for his hearing.Not only did a different attorney suddenly show up for our case(we were never notified of atty. change)she had none of his updated medical records.She also was poorly prepared to represent him.This firm has done NOTHING to help my husband w/his case over the past 4 yrs,but you bet they'll be first in line with their hand out for $ when he gets approved
