Very good attorney. Chris was very helpful and honest with you. I was facing multiple felony drug charges. Chris helped me get the help I wanted while other attorneys turned me away. Hired in 2015, plea agreement reached. End of plea agreement needed the court updated with payments made so the felony could be reduced. Wife has sent Chris all the paper work in July and Nov 2018 and again a week ago. Still nothing court records still show money owed and the felony still on my record. I will also be filing a complaint with the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
Chris Eskew is corrupt. I sent him $1,000.00 in advance in the case that I ever needed legal assistance. The one time that I needed his legal advice, he did not help me one iota. He even questioned my honesty when I told hum on the phone that I paid him $1,000.00. I found the personal receipt from Eskew Law proving that I sent to him the $1,000.00 and he never he acknowledged this fact and Chris Eskew never apologized to me. I did an incredible number of good deeds for the Eskew Law Firm and he never, ever did anything for me. His attitude toward me was egregious. I also hated his tone of his voice.
Little to no communication. Unable to make appointment even for a phone conversation. Secretary says she cant make appointments. Laura a paralegal says she'll call back and doesn't repeatedly. No one showed up at third court date with no communication case continued for another month. My x-wife past away and I need to be there for my children and I cant get Mr Eskew or Laura to answer my calls. Retainer was paid in full.
