They were wonderful!! It was one of the most stressful times in my last semester of nursing school and to have a totaled car as a single mom, devastating. They made everything easy. I got into a what I thought was a minor car accident. Two years of excruciating pain and two back surgeries later, I’m doing so much better. In January 2024 I slipped and fell at work due to a contractor placing a slippery liquid on our breakroom floor to try and clean it up. However, they did not bother to place any signage or warn anyone and as I walked in to heat my lunch, I slipped. I broke my wrist and finger and spent several weeks in a splint. The contractor never showed any concern, so I decided to sue for injuries caused by the negligence. This was a tough case. It was difficult even finding a physical therapy location because the workers comp was government. Horn Law took the case and got me a settlement I am more than pleased with. It was not easy for them either, as they had to deal with the government workers comp folks wanting a share of the settlement too.
