How long will it take for the date to be current for my I130 F1 category?

There are periods when the priority dates progress faster or slower than the actual time, mainly because the number of the applications filed at about the same time can be smaller or larger than usual, while the capacity of the system to process applications and issue visas remains relatively stable. However, over the years, these variations even out, and priority dates progress roughly in sync with the calendar. It means that, in your case, the priority date will become current in approximately 6 years and 9 months.

Hello,   It is not clear from your question if you were ever convicted as a result of these arrests or when you first obtained your green card. This is information which is very important when you wish to submit an application with the USCIS for it lets one know if you will be eligible for naturalization and also, to ensure that you do not inadvertently end up in deportation proceedings due to your criminal convictions. The USCIS will review the past five (or three years if you got your green card through marriage and are still married to your U.S. citizen spouse) in particular to see if you are of good moral character. If one's arrests fall outside of the 3 or 5 years preceding your application, then it is possible to file for naturalization without worry.   Notes: This information is of a general nature and is not, nor is it intended to be legal advice. You should consult with an attorney for specific advice for your case.

Find yourself a knowledgeable, experienced and competent attorney who handles immigration work relating to the potential immigration consequences of criminal activity and schedule some time to discuss you case. And do that immediately. Whether a criminal offense will or will not subject you to the institution of proceedings seeking your removal and deportation from the US is a difficult question to answer when I do not have a copy of the police report, the charges filed against you by the prosecutor and the court disposition of the matter. So to give you an answer based on the facts that you have provided would be far short of giving due consideration to the questions you have asked. Moreover, if your case remains pending a resolution, obtaining the immediate assistance of an immigration attorney may help you avoid potential adverse consequences. Either way, you need to get on the ball and find someone with whom you can discuss these issues and you need to do that now. Good luck.
