Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. The ability to get a green card varies depending on your qualifications, sponsorship, etc. I suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. (S)he would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your.

How do I file a green card for my mother in Nigeria?

Answered by attorney David Nabow Soloway
Immigration lawyer at Kennedy, Nalepa & Soloway, P.C.
Significantly more information is needed in order to advise about eligibilities, options and strategies for your mother. For example, are you a U.S. citizen? a Permanent Resident? a nonimmigrant foreign national? What is your mother's immigration-related history? Etc. If you are a U.S. citizen, you may be able to petition for your mother and successfully complete consular processing for her so that she can become a Permanent Resident (get a "Green Card"). There really is no substitute, however, for you and your mother consulting with an immigration attorney about this.
