What can I do to get a reply after an interview?

Answered by attorney Alena Shautsova
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Alena Shautsova
You should be getting a reply, however, you forgot to tell us why you had the interview: in connection with which application. it is important to know because after some interviews, the officers would give you their decision right then and there, and in different situations, it may take several months (ex. asylum cases).

If the charge is false claim to US citizenship than he is barred for life and there is no waiver. If he just has a 10 year bar there may be a waiver available. Speak with and retain an immigration attorney, feel free to contact my firm for more details.
