US Cititzen filed for I-130 for wife

Answered by attorney Louis M. Piscopo
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Louis M. Piscopo, APLC
You have to file separate I-130 petitions for each of the children. Once approved you will then have to immigrant visa process all of them. Since your wife's case was already filed, you may want to hold off processing her for an immigrant visa until the children's petitions are approved and they begin immigrant visa processing.

How can I go through the citizenship process faster?

Michael Paul Gianelli

Immigration lawyer at Law Office of Michael P. Gianelli, LLC
You should consult with an immigration attorney and find out if you meet both the continuous presence and physical presence requirements for naturalization eligibility. The attorney should be able to tell you when you can apply and whether you can take advantage of a rule that permits filing 90 days before establishing continuous residence requirements.
