What needs to be for a student over on an F-1 Visa to marry a US CItizen? Paperwork before and after? Need details to make sure everything is in order

If u entered the country legally in valid F status then once u get married your spouse can petition u for a green card. You don't change status but adjust status to lawful permanent resident. I would hire immigration counsel as even the slightest mistakes in preparing the applications with supporting evidence can cause long delays or even denials. Good luck

Can an immigrant parent with sole custody of an American citizen child be able to apply for a green card?

It depends on the specifics of your case. But assuming your child is also a US citizen, he or she would have to be at least 21 years of age in order to petition for you.

Can I-485 be applied for a pending I-130 petition if priority date is current?

Yes. Your wife can apply for adjustment of status while your I-130 petition is still pending if she is currently in valid immigration status. She will need to submit a copy of the I-130 receipt along with her application. If she is no longer in status, you will need to apply for and become a US citizen before she applies for her green card.
